           Collection of personal data - receipt by OTIUM Travel and recording on the media provided for in clause 4 V of Section of the Regulations, personal data of Users after their registration on the Site.

II. Rights of personal data subjects

1. The subject of personal data has the right:

III. Providing an agreement

2. The personal data that is collected and processed by OTIUM Travel and that the User voluntarily provides when registering on the Site includes the following information:

5. Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn in the manner provided for in clause 2 VII of Section of the Regulations.

 

IV. OTIUM Travel's rights to user personal data

1. OTIUM Travel has the right:

a) collect personal data received from the User and process it in accordance with the purposes and to the extent specified in the Regulations;

b) accumulate and systematize personal data;

c) with the express consent of the User, transfer personal information to third parties. In this case, the User is additionally informed about the purpose and timing of processing;

d) based on the results of consideration of the User’s requests, make changes to personal data or delete them;

e) make changes to these Regulations;

2. OTIUM Travel has the right to interact with the User, including by sending announcements of events, special offers, news about events, advertising, other information about the activities of OTIUM Travel and interaction of OTIUM Travel with the User using electronic correspondence, the Internet, and communications .

3. OTIUM Travel has the right, independently or with the involvement of third parties, to create photo and video materials using the User’s image during courses, meetings and other events held by OTIUM Travel with the participation of the User.

 

V. Processing of personal data

1. OTIUM Travel does not collect or process personal data of the Personal Data Subject when using the Site interface and until registration.

2. OTIUM Travel collects personal data by filling out the relevant fields by the Subject of personal data when registering on the Site and automatically saving them on the server.

3. All personal data is processed using an automated information system and stored electronically on the Site, in the OTIUM Travel CRM system and on computers in the form of Excel files with the extension .xls or .xlsx, access to which is available only to persons authorized by OTIUM Travel.

5. OTIUM Travel is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the User on the Site.

 

VI. Purpose of collection and period of use of personal data

1. The User’s personal data is collected, stored and used only for:

- registration and creation of a course participant account on the Site;

- sending announcements of events, special offers, news about events, advertising and other information about the activities of OTIUM Travel and interaction of OTIUM Travel with the user using electronic correspondence, the Internet, and communications.

2. OTIUM Travel uses the User’s personal data only in its own internal activities and in no case transfers it or provides access to it to third parties.

3. If the purpose of processing personal data changes to one that is incompatible with the previous one, the User will be notified of this by posting relevant information on the Site and sending notification of the relevant changes by means of electronic correspondence. Further use of the User’s personal data for a new purpose cannot be carried out without the User’s express consent to this.

4. OTIUM Travel undertakes to process the User’s personal data only for a period no longer than is necessary for the purposes of their processing, which cannot exceed five years from the date the User provides consent. After this period, information about the User, including personal data, will be deleted.

 

VII. Procedure for changing and deleting personal data

1. If necessary, any registered User can, in his personal account on the Site or by contacting (sending a letter) via electronic correspondence to the address: mail@otium.academy, make changes to information about the User, including personal data.

2. If there is a need to revoke consent to the processing of personal data and their deletion, or to obtain information about the amount of data that is being processed, the User can contact (send a letter) with the corresponding request by means of electronic correspondence to the address: mail@otium.academy. If a message is received about the withdrawal of consent and the destruction of personal data, OTIUM Travel undertakes to destroy such data within 30 days from the moment the User is identified.

3. If it is necessary to identify the User to confirm his will regarding the actions provided for in clauses. 1, 2 of this Section, an authorized person of OTIUM Travel has the right to contact by telephone or by electronic correspondence for such identification.

 

VIII. Use of cookies.

1. To improve the quality of interaction with the User, to carry out statistics and to use the main functions of the site, OTIUM Travel uses cookies.
